81%

So how will that actually work?

If the student only completes 9 out of the 11 weeks they have paid for,

9 of the 11 weeks the syllabus stipulates as required for the class

misses two projects and the final

does not have the culminatong event the military students require for a final...

9 weeks is only 81 percent of the 11 week class.

How does that actually work?

Course competencies as described on the official syllabi is the measure for grading, and/or testing out of classes, always has been, at least under NWCCU accreditation. If the school is set to close Friday, all instructors may grade students to the course competency achievements and pass(or fail) them, and especially and hopefully for those looking to graduate at the end of Winter quarter. The percentage of time in class is not an issue.

Not true. If the class is not ending by Friday, the instructor is supposed to give the student the grade they would have earned as if class is supposed to end Friday. They will get full credit.

Need to complete all coursework prior to friday if youd want a full grade for the course. Otherwise it would be as if you never took the course.
