Cash flow issue fault of legacy leaders. Time to bring in new

Culp probably is on the right path as he is an outsider. To really turn the ship he needs to make wholesale changes in the Officer and SEB levels. Miller, Stokes, Strazik and others should be shown the door with no golden chute

Was Strazik playing the game like other senior execs?

I agree with Strazik being asked to go. Unsure what major impact he has ever had on the business short of impressing Immelt. His network within the customer base is mininal and cant inspire a large team.

Ask how he met his wife? Folks in aviation know. It's not pretty, but a reflection of his values.

Is this what retired people do? Sit around and chew old soup?

Not even sure $6 is the bottom. Too much debt, insufficient cash generation, poor margins, low employee engagement, continued reputation deterioration, and way too much legacy GE (audit staff, etc) think at upper levels

Howdy, to your comment "..To really turn the ship he needs to make wholesale changes in the Officer and SEB levels. Miller, Stokes, Strazik.." Does that mean it is no good at the current target price at $6? I am short position with Mr. Tusa. Thanks for the reply in advance.
