Did the hinkle hump actually shut down? How many mechanical/car dept employees furloughed? Did closing the hump cost any trainman positions in hinkle?

Word is they just cut 12 mech 13 elect 8 f/o's and 4 FG1's. Don't quote me but that's what was heard.
