Anyone who was dressed down in recent days by leadership for posting derogatory comments about the hospital online check out section 7 of the NLRB https://www.nlrb.gov/rights-we-protect/whats-law/employers/interfering-employee-rights-section-7-8a1

Discussing work conditions is protected concerted behavior under section 7 regardless if it is at work or in social media. The dressing down today was a clear violation of this federal job protection.

The Department of Labor should be informed........
