Alabama has lost all of it CTs and the sad part is they talk up how great of a Company they are to work for and all the good pay, benefits etc. But what they fail to tell everybody is the layoffs happen all the time. Pretty sad world we live in today for the people with families to take care of depend on this company to back their word, to be furloughed after 3 months of training. Also tell prospects that in order to be hired they must purchase hearing aids that the person must pay for out of pocket to be hired. And not only do they purchase the hearing aids the company don't even have the balls to contact the people to tell they are being furloughed, they just block them from getting in the system to see what the schedule is. Go to turn in Company property that was issues to them and all the people they report at the depot don't even know they have been furloughed. Think they need better communications between management.

Not ALL CT’s. Up North in New York all CT’s are still working. Although I believe there a larger shortage of manpower up here than in the south and Midwest. We shall see
