At my locations ASM’s weren’t eliminated, work go on as usual. Has that story quieted down or are people just not posting about further eliminations on this board? Can the ASM’s that are still working stop worrying about their job security? Thoughts???

Not ASM but 2 store managers within 60 miles of me left the company this week. On the same day. The older one "retired" while the other store manager just quit.
Did anyone else get told their C and D evals could not exceed 15% for above standards? Thanks home office for letting us reward our Associates...SMH.
Just another cash grab.
Not sure if this is anything or not but, at my store, all salaried had to submit their home addresses on a spreadsheet. The PC then had to figure out the distance from each managers home address to every store in the market, and send to the market office. The market office said they cant tell us what it for. Possible management realignment? All evaluations are complete for salaried. One co manager flat out said realignment, the other said "maybe it because of the remodels in my market?". Anyone else have this going on in their markets?
Academy classes coming up for SM's are for Workday and Personnel Modernization.
At my store , we had 7 ASMs. We got 2 new hires a few months ago, then there was 9. Pretty good coverage considering we were a 24 hr store and we had 2 managers overnight. This last week, we lost 3 ASMs and they have 30 days to find another job in the company or take a severance package. Now we’re down to 6 ASMs and there are also closing the store overnight, so these managers are coming to day time. I don’t know if other stores are doing this too, but it’s also affecting over nighters too.
To me they’re trying to cut costs..
My store manager has an Academy class on Monday, rumors are that it’s about ASM elimination.
No ASMs were eliminated at my store.
