Anyone get any info as to when the Severance is coming? My 14 days has now passed! They better not screw us out of what is owed. I will be livid.

What little money I managed to save up is GONE. I gave everything to that damn company for 12+ years just to be treated like a piece of trash discarded on the street. We may not have the power to do much, but I’ll be damned if I won’t belittle Lowes and their treatment of us every chance I get. F---ERS
Just think about this, we have not received one dollar this month. Do the bills stop coming? Do the children get less hungry? Does the heat we use cost any less? No!!!! But, they all gathered in Vegas and lived it up while we try to make ends meet. Its sickening! The best way to get back at these people is not to get an attorney (I can’t afford that), continue to preach to the masses that Lowe’s is a company full of snakes and it is best in the consumers view to frequent Home Depot for their hardware needs.
None that I know of. Looks like even the ones that received correct packets and sent them off early haven’t seen a dime yet.
As any LP actually received their money yet? No one in my market has as of today.

Have applied to well over 50 jobs with no luck. My state doesn't allow me to get umemployment either until the severance period is over. Have 3 kids and can't support them all because of Marvin's greed. Shady corporate greed.
Corporate can’t tell me anything. I’m past the 14days today. So now I’m gonna have to wait for a Call back that will probably never come. I am over all this.
This is ridiculous! I haven’t made one cent in the month of February. My state will not pay me any unemployment until the severance runs out. I haven’t even got any severance yet! How are we suppose to take care of our families? Great job Marvin, you go home to your 3 million dollar mansion and I don’t have a job anymore.....because you know they just had to get rid of us LPs because we make millions of dollars a year.

You won’t get anyone that doesn’t read from a memo givin to them. If it’s past the 14 days, u will get “escalated” but they won’t let you speak with anyone.

No one will give you an answer. They’ll tell you that an email will be sent to the appropriate department and you’ll get a call back. No one at CORPORATE wants to deal with us at this point.

Today marks day 14 for me. Got nothing in my account. I’ll be on the phone today with whoever I can talk to as many times as I can. This is beyond ridiculous.
Just leaving this here to be helpful......as a current (and soon-to-be gone) HR Manager I had trouble terminating my PSI Coordinator in the computer because he had previously taken a leave of absence. Leave of absences really mess with our ability to do anything. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I had to send in a PDC form to have him terminated which just got taken care of this past Monday. So if you have had a LOA in the past this might be affecting it. Contact your local HRM or ASA to see if they have indeed terminated you on their end.
They purposely left many employees in the system but unscheduled so please for your own sake have it looked into. Read up on or ask a lawyer (several will answer simple questions on line) and remember Lowe's isn't your friend.... Do Not trust them or believe a word they say. Make copies of everything and insist on email communication so you can save it.

Day 10 for me. Still not one penny from them. For any PSIs out there, like poster below. Check everything and make copies. They will find a way to d--k you over too.
We should hopefully see the money rolling in now that Q4 came out. There is no reason for them to prolong it any longer. I’m just curious about what amount we will actually get. I can see another clerical error on the horizon.
What happened with the LPs was definitely an elaborate scheme to bump the results of Q4. Sickening to think that they will get away with it. PSIs better check your paperwork thoroughly, I’m sure they will find a way to screw you over too.
This company is finding new ways to screw over people that took a severance. As a former LP, it was the "miscalculation" and a half-a**ed apology. Former PSI folks, don't believe for one second Carvin Marvin won't find a way to give you the shaft too.
Lowe's received my new signed paperwork last Tuesday and still nothing in my account. Over 10 yrs with them.
Look at the stock price today and convince me otherwise that the incorrect severance totals weren't planned. Too many former LPs paperwork were given the wrong info for it to be a simple clerical error.
If you were termed on the 15th, you should have already received it. They have 14 days to send it out to you. Better make sure your off the books. This happened to a lot of LPs. Waiting and waiting just to find out they were still employed mid month.
If you were a LP or PSI and you haven’t received your packet yet, there’s something very wrong.
Really?? Call Lowe's corporate, payroll department. Let them know you are waiting on your severance pay and they will put you through to their Severance Department! Try it. Why would I make this up? Also, What state are you in to have received and signed off on papers? Here in Georgia, our last day was Feb 15th, we had to work, and our MSM put in the papers for us if we were taking theseverance
btw i also spoke with the severance department. and the payroll department, they are completely separate areas and the severance is NOT related to payroll. payroll told me severance would be paid independent of any payroll scheduling....i was told i should be some information by march 10.... way past the date i was told when the announcement was given....
What? We already received our packets. We are waiting for our money.

I called the "severance Dept" of Lowe's corporate on Tuesday. I was told that the packets were not ready to be sent out yet and that they have until March 7th to send them out. They will go out UPS so they should be received 2 days after they are sent. After we fill out what needs to be completed, we have to send it back, either certified, or regular mail and then we have to wait until they process. If they get it back quickly from us, the severance will be paid out on the March 29th payroll date. If they get it later, then it will be paid out 2 weeks after that (into April) This is total b---s---, I didn't find another job yet and we don't get unemployment because there is a supposed severance package in place!!!!! WTF???
I was one of the lucky ones that only got 1 packet. Sent back on the 13th. Haven’t seen one cent yet.

Hopefully they don’t find a loophole to not pay us. I wouldn’t put it past them at this point.
It's beyond ridiculous at this point. They KNEW the initial packets were messed up when they sent them out, thus being able to "extend" the payout date until after the earnings call.
Shady, lowdown sh*t and they are gonna get away with it.

I read the press release about Q4. Part of the $884 million loss was $12 million in PSI severance and another $200+ million in various severances, product reduction and store closures. They’ve accounted for the losses, now they just need to pay us out.
I’m assuming the money will start moving now that earnings have been released. Corporate does not care about current employees, much less those who are no longer with Lowe’s. Don’t hold your breathe.
