Care no one cares at BBB, your foolish if you think that BBB cares. I know for a fact that SM and up are making plans to cut you because of you wage, doesn’t matter past that point. Get your heads out of your butt, most of you are smarter than you are sounding. Before you ask I left on my own by I’m still great friends with a couple of the DM’s.

Most of the District Staff in my District got demoted to a Store position. One particular District Ops who has been with the company a long time, but his blood, sweat and tears into the company just to get thrown into a sh--ty little store. I hope BBB burns to the ground.

We won’t have jobs soon. The ship is sinking and they think by getting the asm’s out everything will be better.
They need to cut the big bucks. All of the corporate good old boys who make a ton of money and produce nada. It makes me sick thinking about
how backward this company thinks. Change the leadership way above store level and you will see a change.
