During Frito-Lays Town Hall meeting today, our Leadership team acted completely surprised that employee morale was very low and that all of the recent developments were even more demoralizing. The response was basically that they thought everyone would be very excited with all the recent changes and how we'll be a bigger, better and faster company.
Are you kidding me? Is this what they really think? No need to worry though; they are going to get to the bottom of why so many employees feel this way and address it.
