I would give my entire merchandising team a big fU.king raise and we would show up to work driving Ferrari’s.
I would give everyone a key to the cool stuff room.
Then I would buy pizza 4 days a week and I would play music in the halls and not have deadlines.
Lastly I would have rooms where people could chill in, maybe with a couch and a bed - something like a upscale hotel... I would hire a lot more females and have them around the office to hang out and help with things.
I would bring in a group of Pepsi franchise owners along with a group of experienced executives who have been kicked out over the last 10 years and ask them to help me restore this company to what we once where. Growing, profitable, full of integrity and character.
If I was in charge, and knew that reducing head count made stockholders happy, I would offer nice severance packages to anyone with 30 years or more service. Thinking the herd, and spinning it to the media as being nice to old employees.
