Not a rumor but how many people in leadership failed and got moved into another role or a position was created for them. Green mission captain was a good one or when they move failing a STL into an easier store.

Trust in the region, operations?
Same as every other bussiness people in leadership protect all the terrible people they are friends with. Zero accountability if you screw up they just move you into another position you have no bussiness being in. I find it amazing how hated some people in storeleadrship are but nothing is ever done about it. It’s ok to be a horrible person and treat your team members like dirt because you have known somebody in regional leadership for years.
Regarding? Like all good New Englanders, we hide our emotions and skeletons.
