Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

The shape of PepsiCo by 2025

An interesting article that shows the direction in which the leadership plans to go and what will PepsiCo look like by 2025. Interesting, but scary at the same time is the fact that 2025 has been chosen as the year to which the reforms should be completed. Looks like we’re in for a lot of more shifts and reorgs.

They have been lying to everyone including Wall Street for many years. Every time someone gets close to finding the truth. They turn everything upside down again and make the water cloudy and smoke screen thicker. Hard working, caring people with integrity and character get kicked to the curb. It's shameful.

PepsiCo is in their 15th year of their 5 year rebuilding plan. This has been an ongoing mantra since I have been here

Pepsi is a horrible company to work for. They lie to you when hired with promises that never get forfilled.

Same old, same old. Massive corporations all use the same buzzwords. One is "sustained growth..." Then why are they laying people off?

All bs aside, if you're laying people off, you're not growing.
