Don't forget Who we are!

We are not noble money men and women, though common, we are proud to share experience and knowledge. Our customers are our neighbors whom we help with products, our own hands and the tireless dedication to be fair and just. We respect each other, the loader, the lot carters, the cashier,

the stocker, the expert, the manager, and yes ourselves! When a person needed to use an example of great and wow service the word Lowes always fell from their lips. If a community needed help we were always there. It was never how much they spent, it was how much we could give.

Now we see how quickly greed and arrogance has melted that special mission. Hey, we always thought Home Depot was bigger and had more money but they would never have what we have with our great staff and service and commitment. They mocked our stature but stole our self invented dogged determinism and figured out how to mimic it.

So we stand as a group 300.000 strong with broken dreams, service in tatters, a rudderless ship!

I can see on the horizon our future is bright. Lets stand for what we believe. What's unfair, call it out. If you are swindled by fools, then pursue them. We will not be diminished. We may be common, but we are not trivial, petty or powerless. Let's work together and give warning to the task masters who will never understand why we love our company. Their plans don't include our vision!

That's why we domesticated the wolf its called a dog. Below is more corporate troll. This is were Lowes is headed. Notice he states, Your friend in Lumber who talks Negatively about Lowes. These corporate shills are playing the pretend to move the tenured employees out the door. Beware of this forum being open, its like Lowe's open door policy. Whoever is left unite and stand up to these fat bottom pimples called executives. Haven't executed much except chaos and woe.

Interesting speech, but let’s not forget, at the end of the day/heat of the moment, humans by nature only look out for themselves. We are a very selfish species that ultimately doesn’t care about others.

We pretend to play nice/act as part of a team, but is there one person at the store that would give up their job for another, out of the goodness of their heart? Absolutely not.

We are all aboard this sinking ship together and while we can pretend that your employees matter, if there is one spot left on that life boat, are you going to give it to anyone else or keep it for yourself?

The sooner you realize that humans are creatures of greed (at all levels), the sooner you can begin to take the proper strategy required to better yourself, instead of constantly being walked on by others. This applies to all facets of life, not just your job.

Lowe’s as a corporation does not care about you. Your managers do not care about you. The CSA in lumber that you consider a friend and love to talk negatively about Lowe’s with Does Not care about you! Many members of your family and close friends ultimately do not care about you.

So with that said, try and band together as much as possible, but when push comes to shove, we are all standing alone regardless of how many people are around us.

If you want to see true togetherness, look to nature! A wolf will kill or be killed in the process when it comes to protecting their own. Humans are not ready for that nor are most capable of that.
