What position are you how many years and hourly pay?

In the southwest region, TMs start at $15 and go up to $19.75, ATLs start at $19 and go up to $28ish, TLs start at $26 and go up to $32.50
Raises are capped at $1/year now, but you're practically guaranteed to get around that if you're good at your job since any above average score on your JD will get you there. I sure miss the 10% annual raises though.

I have TMs that make more.
Lets not fool ourselves here..they have imposed a 5%cap on raises sinve like 2003..in certain circumstances they went above that with stl approval..lot changes occurred when ol big daddy gallo came to the company...

5yrs $15.10 Not fair i need a raise. Stl is cheap 4% cap for everyone before amazon took over can i sue?
