MGM us the worst company to work for. Every employee has only 14 month job span. Unless the employee transfer to another department or position he/she will be a target for next round of LAYOFFS. MGM RESORTS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is a stupid company to work for.

I work for MGM and it is a great place to work for. I recently retired from the Military and they gave me a shot. Acquired a Supervisor position from the start and have had a blast doing what I do. My Manager is awesome and my Team works hard everyday. I get to go home at the end of the day with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
