There is no question that cuts are coming and they have to start somewhere. At what part of the company do you think they will start, and what part will be affected the most? Or maybe they will cut a little from everywhere and try to achieve the functionality with a lower headcount in every department.

My mid-level management is really solid. My director and my local manager are the best I’ve had as a tech. But there are some that are not great. Those guys might be subject to cuts I’d think..
at this point, i would take my personal belongings home and use up some sick days. the fat lady is about to sing.
maybe they should ask for volunteers first, i'm sure many folks would be happy to leave with some sort of severance.
If they don't start with middle management then I truly don't understand at all. This company is so bloated with mid level management it's ridiculous. How many more technicians can you cut before the work simply doesn't get completed?
I would think they start with consultants, supervisors, and mid level managers, but every group will get hit.
The problem is that TT has used layoffs to prop the books for a while. In my group, we are struggling to complete work with our current headcount and a no overtime mandate.
I have a feeling that it's a huge c-ap sandwich and we're all gonna have to take a bite. Except TT and his knee pad echo chamber minions.
Not being snarky but I think they could cut 95 percent of payroll and still be screwed at this point.
