What's going on in Estimatics? Footprint in proximity lessened further? Retirees being replaced?

TM's that stood up to stupid ideas got the axe, when they laid off the estimators in my hub they kept the "yes" men. All they guys that spoke up are gone, G. J. Mecherle would roll over in his grave if he knew how the bafoons were running his company. State Farm lead the industry then one day thought it would be a good idea to chase a lizard.

They changed the rules on December 31st not to match 401 on employees that took severance. There credit union will no longer loan me money even though I have $100,000 in my account. I keep it there for the 2%.

They have succeeded in turning a good career in estimatics you could be proud of to a micro managed numbers driven miserable job. All everyone talks about is getting out. They will continue to lose people and they don’t care about anything but metrics that has destroyed the whole company. The day I can get out they will be given 5 minutes notice of my resignation.

I think as people go they will not replace them in most areas. They will need a FEW in the large metro areas but I bet that's it.....have not officially heard anything
