First off, Yes california does have ASMS on hourly not salary. Second if you were being scheduled 47.5 then you WILL be working 2.5 hours more to keep your salary. Yes this does s--- as we already put in a TON of hours! That being said the company HAS TO make cuts somewhere. Yes the worthless district staff and regional staff should be cut first. But they will probably get it in the coming weeks! Bbby CANNOT afford to keep fighting lawsuits NOR pay managers inflated payroll. I DO believe ASMs will be laid off next year as they HAVE TO make cuts! Stores WILL close, jobs WILL be lost. Prepare now as you are blessed to have another year to make preparations.
