Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Ever since I came to the company a year hasn’t passed in which there wasn’t some sort of reorganization, smaller or larger. Now I see people are mentioning that the company has the plan to reorganize its structure and that that process will go on until 2023. That’s a long time and I bet that in that time someone from the leadership will get the idea to reorg again which will also have a timeframe of a couple of years. To make a long story short, we are in for a state of constant and never-ending reorgs. Bye bye job security, if there was any, to begin with.
