Leave as soon as possible, before you are competing with many others. There is life after WS and many companies that really do value their people. I left recently and am so glad I did. I still have many friends that are just miserable there. So many great people I worked with that don't deserve what this company has done. Still have no idea how TT is still at the helm. I wish you all the best and hope karma takes care of the greedy toxic ones that caused this mess.

I did left too. I had to move but I have a good, stable job
I agree that you don’t want to wait to leave bc it will make it much harder competing when everyone floods the market.
