why all the loyalty?

think about it:

Too many people sitting around waiting for a payoff.

Very little staff turnover

difference between having an "outstanding" year, and "sailing along" is about 1.5% at calibration.

people management is practically zero. all tick the box.

getting anything done is 90% paperwork and 10% doing it.

don't get me wrong. There are some outstanding people at PepsiCo. Pity most of them are sitting idle!!!

There is a whole new world outside here. Nothing should be holding you back from getting out there on your terms!

We had our wage and benefits meeting a couple of days ago. They sugarcoat everything and talk how great everything is. Then they give us raise that equals about 15 dollars a week and talk about it like it a life changing event.
