Hey id--t, Tony Thomas created this mess and now he’s capitalizing on it while any employee that is not a VP will get diddily squat. He needs to be marched out of this company with nothing. Anyone posting that he’s doing the best he can, you are either friends with him or you’ve get your head so far up his a-- that you’ve lost sight of what makes great leader. Tony definitely isn’t one

I love that. The only people who will win are the executives. We will be marched out the doors with no severance, and this I am sorry but the company is trying to stay afloat while tony and his crew will make out with millions. Whoever put we will win, just keep saying this because in a few months we will all be out of a job.

In our office today, this is exactly the message we were given. Stay the course. Trust the leadership. Double your efforts to wow the customers. Our future is in the hands of the front line personnel, so keep your head up and eyes on the prize. Avoid negative message boards...like this one...and block out gossip. Don't engage with anyone who doesn't believe in WINs leaders abilities to right the ship. It was deathly quiet in the office because we didn't want to be overheard voicing our true emotions and opinions. I don't think things will lighten up anytime soon.

best advice for customers cancel , employees update resume and leave, share holders sell. Or continue to believe TT can turn this around for the 15th time - no really this time he can do it - lol
