Where are people applying for jobs these days that actually gives a chance to an employee who is close to his fifties? And that offers a pay at least close to matching what he is bringing to the table?
It's obvious that Windstream is done, so I don't plan to sit around and wait and end up going down with the ship. But in all honesty, I don't know where to start.
Any ideas?
