I’ve heard the same thing. They want to thoroughly vet Any win employee. I’ve heard the mass opinion of Win sales reps is they can’t sell and they’re order takers waiting with their fingers crossed that a customer will call in. They lack the ability to portray value and have to win on price.
Honestly That’s what I’ve heard.
