Mark Brodsky- Aurelius " a bully. An extortionist. A hedge-fund vulture"

There's more going on at the top than most want to recognize. You want to channel your discontent... start with the real demon here.

Aurelius is good at investing in debt that has assets to back the loan. Windstream moved the assets and got caught

No raises in years but ever increasing job load. Trips for Sales. Bonuses and raises for execs. New promotion positions for their friends. Senior management has treated most of us as inmates not as associates for years. Phukk em. I was getting the short straw already and someone thinks I geeve a sheet about their feelings or who really is the vulture? Appears to be a big nest from where I sit!

Looked like an easy decision for the judge.

This judge is essentially calling TT’s deal a sham.

Things will only get worse. More will come out soon.

This article paints them as the good guy,

https://www.barrons.com/articles/windstream-loses-legal-case-against-hedge-fund-aurelius-and-now-is-stuck-with-a-huge-bill-51550318739

"But the cop of the credit markets, Aurelius, rides again, and we can all rest easy knowing the black-and-white agreements of bond indentures, once written, are immutable."

Even vultures serve a purpose. In the wild, they consume what others do not want and allow that material to return to the earth to be reformed into something useful. Aurelius feeds on the rotting corpses of failing businesses or in some cases sovereign nations. This in turn takes the stranded capital out of the failing business and invests in into some more productive. It's called capitalism.

The judges decision is online, all 55 pages of it. And it is a very interesting read to see how he came to his conclusion.

Smart Man! Don’t blame Aurelious for TT’s Ponzi scheme. He took down the con artist.

Who has seen the judges order?????

Not one employee. When you get the judges order, then talk. Apparently the judge has the power.

It’s like speeding and blaming the cop. He wouldn’t have pulled you over if you hadn’t given him an opportunity.

They could not have succeeded if we didn’t give them the opening.
