Budgets have been cut accross the board for technology and the consensus is that they are over capitalized in labor.
Headcount reduction talks in progress as we speak. I am in the room now.

I doubt if many know what 'strange' is in today's oilfield.
Agree with Gate 2 and 5. That guy is strange and the strange does not translate to effective.
Layoffs company wide happening mid-March 2019. Directive from Mark Richard. Been in meetings about it all week. Goal is 10% reduction in force.

15% budget cut that will impact headcount. A lot may have already been in the works but gears are turning. Not a good time to buy that boat if you depend on big red!
