Technology Layoffs Coming

Budgets have been cut accross the board for technology and the consensus is that they are over capitalized in labor.

Headcount reduction talks in progress as we speak. I am in the room now.

Layoffs company wide happening mid-March 2019. Directive from Mark Richard. Been in meetings about it all week. Goal is 10% reduction in force.

15% budget cut that will impact headcount. A lot may have already been in the works but gears are turning. Not a good time to buy that boat if you depend on big red!
