What was said on the call
I am a manager and we did not get an email telling us to support TT on Stream. Those that are doing it are the usual buttkissing sycophants who are trying to score points. He thanked them on the manager call he just had.
None. The bonds are unsecured senior notes, meaning not backed by assets. The issue is the indenture restricting sales and leaseback transactions. Much of the issue is the Windstream legal team got outlawyered. If a company is going to engage in a shady financial engineering feat, they need to make sure they have the legal expertise to avoid landmines. This is/was not the case for Windstream unfortunately.

How about telling everyone Tony Thomas was the CFO of Windstream when Uniti was spun off.

You know a mass email went out to leadership asking them to post a message on stream showing their support of TT! Seriously, all the responses are the same- "Thank you for your transparency...we have great people who will get through this..." How about TT's comment "you will still get your paychecks"- really, I wasn't worried about not getting paid until you said that!
Who gets on stream on the weekend? The brown nosing will come tomorrow.
It is strange that the comments on Stream are mostly from management. Not seeing comments from the rank and file.....are the posts being screened?
