Anyone else get a UPS notification that they are getting another package from Lowe's Corp? I received my severance package last week and sent it back Thursday. I sent it USPS so they would receive it this coming Tuesday. I'm hoping that it's not a new agreement with a lower amount then what I signed 😡

Yes. Got mine today. They are cutting our severance pay in half.
Lowe's is the lowest of the low.

This company, has destroyed many lives, by doing this BS. I pray that whoever came up with this idea, gets fired for s-xual harassment.
I feel like they’re changing the payout from 2 weeks to one week. Seems like there’s been some who got 2 weeks and other who got 1 week. These new packages will be a correction saying we’re getting one week for every year. The thing is, there’s nothing we can do. They made a mistake and while lawyers will tell you you can sue; which you can, you won’t win. Courts have ruled in favor of other companines who’ve made this mistake before. Let’s just hope they’ll pay postage for the return this time as I already paid $26 to ship the first signed agreement back.
I also got an email this morning about another package coming from the lowes mailroom. I sent make signed agreement back on friday and it'll be there tuesday because if the holiday. Have no clue what's coming
I have an email from UPS also. Says it originated from North Carolina on Friday. There's no way they would have processed our returned paperwork last week that quickly.
I'm guessing it might be a changed agreement notice or letter with a breakdown of the payout. Any guesses otherwise feel free to chime in on it.
I'll update tomorrow if I get the notice before someone else does.
I am one of those termed on 2/1. Never received anything. Then come to find out I was still employed. The ones that received your packages, get your money and run. Unfortunately I think most of us that were never taken out of the system are going to get royally screwed.
I sent mine back Thursday overnight USPS and they received in Friday morning. I got the same email. I’m guessing it’s the signed copies of the agreement. In the packet it said once it was received and signed by corporate on the last page, a copy would be mailed back with both signatures for your records. This also means your severance has been processed and you should see your money in your account via direct deposit within a few days. Considering Lowe’s is so big on avoiding liability, I don’t see them presenting a lower severance after the first one has been accepted. If there’s issues with severance anyone who was given two weeks, like I was; will get it if they accepted it.
