Can’t just blame Tt. The board let it happen. This will go down as a case study when corporate strategy and financial engineering go wrong.
You can’t borrow money using assets to back the loan and sell the assets without paying the lender. It was written into the contract.
The idea was bad but legal should’ve stopped it.
Hopefully this will be the end for TT. Surely the board will fire him.
I bet they wish they would’ve held repair and service delivery accountable for the past 7 years.
