Can we expect the impact of layoffs outside the US to be as big? Thinking markets like ESSA and Canada? Has anyone heard anything?

It is very much on in AMENA sector. Lots of jobs cut in Dubai sector HQ. not sure on final numbers yet. People are fearful about reorg in other parts of AMENA too.
