I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made to reduce complexity across our organization, and find a better way in everything that we do. But we must continue to embrace change to enable future growth. Beginning today, we are taking immediate actions to create a more aligned field organization to deliver consistency, increase collaboration and streamline decision-making across our Sales and Supply Chain organizations. I’ll share more about the changes we’re making at the FLNA Town Hall on Monday, Feb. 25.
Additionally, I’m pleased to share Quaker Foods & Snacks will now report into Frito-Lay North America. While Quaker will operate largely as an independent business unit based in Chicago, the move will strengthen Quaker’s distribution and broaden our portfolio with a range of snacks and foods consumers desire.
