Ahead of today, it is good to remember there is life after any job, including at PepsiCo. Out of four people I know who were laid off in the past two years, three have found new jobs with comparable pay and are much happier than when they were working here. The fourth decided to retire.
So take a deep breath and know - you will be okay. It might not feel like that the first day, but in the the long run, you will be just fine.
