With the end of the second of the two excruciating weeks in sight, I'm really hoping we are done with layoffs for a significant amount of time. This has taken a huge mental toll on all of us and I'm honestly not sure how much more of this we'll be able to take.
Can anybody confirm that we are done, at least for a while?
As someone else said. When the bottom falls out. And it is coming. Hopefully they give out good packages. If they do this again. I am done with this company. I don't know why all the young people would even think of coming here. Terrible company, on how they did this.

OP, you sound like a person who has been placed in ball and chain and is forced to work at your captors Glee! Instead of worrying, why not start looking for another job in which your skills might be more valuable, than sit around worrying about the next layoff?!?!

Until next year? Not completely confident there will not be a repeat of this next year. Hope things will be handled better. Also bear in mind that the mental toll this has taken on those of us who remain is nothing compared to the toll on those laid off.
