Every year it’s the same. Layoffs. so why work for the most unstable company in corporate America. They are the most greedy execs. The board meeting is at the Most expensive hotel in NYC. yet we have smart spend rules that clearly only the underlings have to follow and the rich stay at thousand dollars a night hotels. There goes our raise of .50 cents an hour. And is it any wonder we can’t be loyal anymore. I can’t afford to buy Pepsi anymore with the sh-- raises.

Wow, before your post I didn't ever do the hourly math...
My raise last year (assuming 2,000 hours worked) was $1/hr for a pretty high rating. And that's f---ing pre-tax.
