After a lot of rumors about 2/14 i came to work and nothing is happening. Everything seems to be quiet, business as usual. Dos that mean that the rumor was wrong and we have nothing to worry about, or maybe the info about the date it begins is what we got wrong?

The forum was today. Not a townhall. And nothing of substance was presented. Ironically the big attraction was ‘win with performance ‘ and the execs acted like an atom was split by changing one word. and we were told to smile. Immediately after each exec sent out an email to their teams about superficial info and some said everyone must be in the office next week to be told how their role is affected by the changes. Then heads started rolling. A bunch of NAB admins were cut. Of course all in the pension plan. Wonder if they are smiling. The cheerleaders should have waited two weeks before delivering that speech till after the slaughter. Saying make Pepsi great. It used to be great till they got their hands on it ten years ago. Sad and I’m no longer proud to work there.
Definitely next week, at least in Plano. Those involved in delivering the news have been notified.

The Townhall is not Friday, it was moved to Monday.

I didn't get a single valentine.
Rather, the townhall is 9am est on FRIDAY.
The townhall meeting is at 9am est. Pretty sure the region changes will be announced then. Personnel changes will follow next week.
