as a former tl i sat in several fair hearings and what i can say unequivocally is if you go to your stl you are done as a team leader you should have let p--p hit the fan and just sit and watch the fireworks happen eventually the sh-- sorts it self out.Tl’s remember you will always be disposable and the escape goats of your stores.

big mistake that person knows what’s up and who it is .

knows the persons email format from notes end pf day notes and abuses the leadership positions and issues that were brought up way too shady definatley a butt hurt person trying to burn someone.
