I was cut last year and it was the best thing that happened to me. Company is a complete joke. At least Indra is gone not sure about the new guy.
It took me a month to get a job with a huge pay raise making more than the people older and levels above me. Same people who were high and mighty about not being cut. Their arrogance is laughable but I don't see them anymore to stick it in their faces. Typical Pepsi attitude 'We're so great' when the company is hocking junk food and sugar. Not as bad as big T-b-cco, but not something to be proud of either.
Severance wasn't bad give them that. My advice is adapt keep your skills up to par and just leave. Place and culture is a joke. Only people who can't get anything better stay or execs making big bucks who won't be held accountable (but I don't blame them, getting rich)
