Is it over in this wave when they hit the announced numbers of laid off and furloughed workers, or is it possible that they are going to go beyond that number and the headcount of cut people in this wave will be higher in reality?

They will keep going until they find the bottom, then they will cut some more just to prove a point. I've been with them for 20yrs. and keep telling myself it can't get worse. But yet it does. I have never seen moral this bad and no one seems to care. This company is now run by Wall Street.
Yes, because they fire people for petty policy offenses or implicate them in manufactured crises to keep the shield clean. Those numbers arent reported.
