How long did it take to get an answer to your questions? I emailed over the weekend and am still waiting for a response.

How they explained to me is warn act and severance are two separate things. Email the email address with your specifics on site and what day you were released and they will tell you the timing of everything.

Can anyone clarify if the Severance Pay begins AFTER the WARN Act date of April 9, 2019?

I'm 27 and a former New College Hire who had been with GM for 4 years prior to be laid off. They targeted everybody pal. It s---s, but don't get mad, get ahead! I got my resume and cover letters together and now have 3 interviews next week with different companies and the salary is going be a lot more than what I had at GM.

In less than an hour, I received my GM Outlook contacts. In about two business days, I received the GM phone porting information. So, the low level people are doing their part.

What astonishes me is how the executives who are currently running GM appear to be getting away with age discrimination.

By replacing the older workers with young will immediately lower costs.

But it will not increase sales of e-bikes.

What happened to the e-bike naming contest?
