Rac is a dying business model, there are so many different options for consumers out there. The cookie cutter model does not work due to all the different micro economic situations in urban and rural areas, states, competitos, etc. Most of rac field leadership has no clue on how to identify and adapt to changing business needs.
We are now down to 208 DM’s with RAC. That’s about 50+ DM positions eliminated.
Back seven years ago we have well over 400+ DMs.
The RTO in industry is slowing down and profits are decreasing.
You should look for getting out of retail and looking for something you enjoy doing in life.

Lol, I really like the explanation on fake numbers vs. bad numbers. I think what you're saying is that most DMs and RDs turn a blind eye to fake Ds and credit because they can't ever have bad numbers. How does that make any sense?

That’s where your wrong. A fake number is a bad number and it shows in the long term. Fake numbers hurt your credit, hurt the stores growth, and hurt your percent collected. All main keys in our business. All show on the monthly key indicators in deliveries vs returns.
There is a difference between fake numbers and bad numbers.
I don’t think that’s true about closing down districts that have bad numbers. Our store went from a district that was top in the company down to a district that’s bottom of the barrel now. The only downfall here is they separated up stores that were like family.
Don't forget fake 6.9 cc, if they could fake profit, they would try that too! Lol!
Fake deliveries
They did some up north also. But I heard it was 39 let go. Along with 9 regionals.
I know some DMs in NorthCarolina and the surrounding area effected. Other then that I don’t know just yet.
