Problems were identified in the offshore workplace. Possible solutions were presented to management. Management chose to ignore suggestions.
anyone got a synopsis?
I still cringe when I think back the way OTIS was introduced on the vessels.
Just imagine if some of the suggestions had been taken onboard by management? Maybe we would be in a different situation today?
Nice document giving just a little insight into issues the company faced after a couple of mergers. CGG did not have management capable of handling any of these issues, and Vertias management who could have handled the situation were run off. Would make a nice case study ...

Where did this come from?? It looks an interesting read. Haven't had a chance to digest all yet, but there is some very good points made.
