You will get the bonus as part of your separation package.

As anyone actually seen the release agreement document that will need to be signed?
Listen, for the last time: If you are separated before March 1st you will not get a bonus. It's written in a HR policy. Additionally, it states clearly in the offer to the Oshawa folks there will be no bonus for those separated.
Should get bonus with severance since it's based upon 2018.
