Actually they have in the integration procedure to do one time salary adjustments if you were underpaid based on your mapped title, but your boss would have had to fight with HR to get it done. HR is the gatekeeper to that. Even if you boss fought, HR could have refused to do it.
But this is sad news as the SLB IT is horrible. Calling them never solves your problem. All they do is tell you to contact local IT and close the ticket even when the problem is not solved. They cheat on their metrics since they always close the tickets before they fixed the problem. Very unethical.
Puleaase.....I was involved in the integration and found out how good the cam folks had it with many extra benefits.
Making 20k less? Take a look in the mirror pal, there might be a reason for that.
aye.... so you’d expect that the same IT guy should’ve got a 20k raise just because of acquisition.
You’re a ‘tool’ if you think that’s how the HR integrations work.
