Feel free to reach out to an hourly at Home Depot and get their option on thier scheduling system as we have adapted the same. Good luck planning anything and enjoy the one weekend off every 2 months!

Store Manager here. I can say that we have not been given any information or direction regarding schedule rotations for Sales Floor employees. We have only been given Management guidelines. All Managers will have one weekend off and on additional Sunday each month, as before. Store Managers are losing our 2nd weekend off. KRONOS will auto-create schedules based on those guidelines, making sure no one ever works more than 6 days straight and has at least 11 hours off in between shifts.
UNIONIZE NOW! ENOUGH COMPLAINTS! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A NEW JOB
MAKE LOWES A UNION SHOP... AT LEAST YOU WILL GET YOUR RIGHTS BACK,GET TREATED FAIRLY, HAVE A VOICE IN WHAT YOU WANT AND DON'T WANT... ALL BIG GREEDY CORPERATIONS NEED TO TAKE NOTICE- IT'S COMMING ,JUST KEEP SCREWING WTH PEOPLES LIVES, TAKING MORE AND MORE AND GIVING LESS AND LESS.
It’s easy. If you think there is better on the outside then go ! It’s always interesting the people that complain complain complain but don’t have the skills to go anyplace else.
File OSHA Complaints
Make your store safer & get Ellison’s attention.
Start filing reports with OSHA! There are so many violations in the stores, just take photos, get online & file the complaints. The fines are 7 to 10 thousand dollars per violation. Don’t just complain on this site, make a real impact. God Bless...
I’ve been with Lowes 15 years. This is the first time I’ve ever seen everyone angry, including managers! Ellison has awakened a sleeping giant, this schedule BS is going to blow up in his face.
This will be Ellison’s undoing!!!
New schedule s---s for everyone. Pretty sure in one of Marvin’s pod casts I saw the exact binder he was using years ago at Home Depot.
It will work for those that feel trapped and dont value themselves. They will put up with it and thats exactly the audience Marvin dig's them cheap JcPenny loafers into during his podcast. Don't cut yourself short, you are better than Low'Depot.
But we'll have merit patches to make us feel good!
