IT Architecture never produced any value for the company so no big loss there. Their manager, Mr. Yoga Pose, a complete fraud and BS artist, managed to hang on and find a position in Marketing. He’ll fit in well amongst their ilk.

Confirming this as well. I was moved to a different role this morning due to a "reduction in force".
They are cutting a lot of IT. Probably my turn at 11:30.
IT Architecture has been cut. I’m not sure how much of the group (I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all of it, though), but myself and at least one other in my location as well as the position that is the top of that organization (l’m not sure if that employee was cut or just the position and him getting shuffled around, though). This is the worst day of my life.
We lost a few here in Rochester. IT and network engineering. Bloodbath begins now and ends at noon.
