Any word on closing of BOC? Rumor there is a 3 year contract with building, landscapers and maintenance with option to renew. Specifically subrogation.

I do not have any solid info. Only speculation. I know a Sub TM is retiring in the BOC and they are not being replaced. So I know that causes some concern. Really the big concern is that when corporate created the defensive sub unit they didn't think to put it in either of their current sub operations but put it in Dallas. I know the MOC is way under utilized. Last figure last year was in the 60% area of utilization.
