I'm a early hire T rate, what are the your thoughts on required service to hold a job the next round of lay offs?

No more layoffs for 2019. There will be call backs in the coming weeks, then once new work arrives in Schenectady and its all set up, call backs and new hires will be coming in to handle said new work. Aviation work that Schenectady claims to know nothing about, yet other GE sites around the country know what work is coming and leaving other plants. Sad that Stan didn't come in and fix the problems we had, Salary clueless mo--ns ruining products with short cuts or right ups, and prop up the hourly that so wanted the site to succeed. Sadly he will go down like Nate of the past, listened to all the wrong folks and led to decline. I hear the gas bucket shop is the place to go, 3 D rates have recently went there, anyone know or heard from them how it is over there? 3 guys with more than 10 yrs service went, so there must be something good going on over there. Im hoping they open more jobs after may, so even I can get in for family change and go over there, as a D rate myself there cant be that many willing to give up the money for the day shift job in a more normal environment. Please post info on this thread if ya know any about 66. Thanks,!!!!!
You can do what the D-rates have been doing and start s---ing D--k. Look how well it's been working for them!! What did you think the D really stood for?? Dedication?!?!?!
Be afraid. Very afraid. Like Bird Cage afraid. That's how afraid you should be.
Start looking for a job because there will be more layoffs soon. Don’t believe the hype from the company or the union. The writing is on the wall more cuts are coming. Starting with management then shortly after it will hit the floor.
I was a tee rater....how many are left?.........are they calling people back?
They don't even know.
I honestly don’t think there will be another round of layoff. So your good.
They are calling people back to the bar shop
I hope you are job hunting.
