The US is failing miserably in nationalisation of the management teams... go to most other countries and managers are from that country (having been international prior to returning home)
Go to the US and half of S. America, Europe, Asia and Middle East are in charge..

And so what? It's a free country with a market economy: companies hire legally the best they can for the best price. We all do the same in our every day life: It's called the free market economy. Can't have it both ways. There are smart people everywhere, America still attracts a lot of talent from outside and that is for its own good.
If you don't get the job,... before crying wolf,... ask yourself: Am I good enough for that role? Is the interest of the company in the short or long term makes sense with this move?
