It's NOT a rumor. It is already happening in Florida. One weekend off every two months, and your two days off during the week will be whatever they decide. NO MORE SET DAYS OFF AT ALL. GOD BLESS...………..………………………..

if we will only get one weekend off every other month then what is the point of staying at Lowes. It was one of the very few things they offered that was an edge over their competitors. If thats lost the you may as well work for a company more successful that s---s versus less successful and now s---s just as much. Only a douche with no life would find less time off with family appealing. Odd that the more they have taken away over the years coincides with their drop into irrelevance
