Has anyone heard much about upcoming changes for the H&W side that could be coming soon?

Had a similar conversation with my HWMD. Very cryptic about changes coming and a move to the high performance culture. None of it sounded good... Sounds like the hunger games were getting geared up for H&W too.
I've heard the VCAM role is changing. They're going to hire more and they will no longer be VCM'S and belong to a market with no managing store.
If we have to answer to Div 1, we would all be in trouble. They do not understand the buisness enough to run it efficiently.
My MM told us that big changes were coming but of course was very cryptic. She did say that she wouldn’t be “over” us shortly and when she was questioned about who we would answer to she gave our division one’s MM name. She also said that WM would be throwing all kinds of money towards vision, unlike anything we’ve seen before. My gut tells me there are changes coming but I don’t feel they are going to sell us or eliminate us but I feel like the VCM’s job role may change.
